Bedford Proms Tickets

Tickets are subject to terms and conditions which can be viewed here

Follow the instructions on screen and it will take you through to where you can pay for your tickets and complete the process. You will then receive an email with your tickets supplied as a PDF, print these off and bring them with you to the event. Any questions or queries? Please note for ALL concerts children under 5 are free and do not require a ticket. All persons under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and over).

Important Information

All tickets are “e-tickets” and require either printing or you downloading to a mobile phone that can be scanned on the gate. A bar code on the tickets is scanned to permit entry. NO tickets are issued by mail to your address.

By purchasing tickets you agree to the terms and conditions of sale shown on this website. Terms and Conditions are also printed on your e-ticket and sent with your booking confirmation
Please note: Subject to availability, tickets may be sold on the day of the event. Therefore it is advisable to book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.

We recommend when purchasing tickets, that you register an Account with our ticketing partner, Universe.

Ticket FAQs

I am having trouble downloading my ticket from the confirmation email. What should I do?

This could be because the link in your email was broken or your mail client has trouble viewing the attachment.

To fix this problem, follow the below steps:

  • Look for the following disclaimers: “To help protect your privacy, some of the content has been blocked. To re-enable the blocked features, click here” Clicking at this point should unlock the email attachments.
  • There is often another disclaimer such as “Always trust content from the sender” Clicking to trust the sender can also assist in viewing content.
  • If you are still having trouble, please email our support line on with the following details
    • Your First and Last Name
    • Your Date of Birth
    • The email address entered to make the booking and
    • A phone number to contact you on

I have sent an email to Support. When do I get a response?

Our support desk has an average daytime response time of 8 hours, and we aim to resolve all queries within 24 Hours. If the query is on the day of the event, you may receive and automated response from the booking system. This will offer further guidance on what to do.

I can’t attend the event anymore. Can I give my ticket to somebody else?

Tickets are non-refundable. All tickets contain a unique QR barcode. There is no reason why you can’t give your ticket to somebody else. If tickets are copied or duplicated, the entrance system will refuse entry.

I have paid for my tickets but have not received a confirmation. What should I do?

It can take up to 30 minutes to receive a confirmation. Please check your Spam, Junk Mail or Clutter Folder if you still did not receive a confirmation. You can contact if you did not receive a confirmation. The confirmation is not relevant any more when you have already downloaded your tickets.

Buying Tickets

Is it possible to buy tickets by phone or email?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to buy tickets by phone or email; however, you can buy tickets from the event website or via the ticket sections on our Social Media Pages.

There are no tickets available on the Website or Social Media. What can I do?

It’s possible that the event is sold out or that tier of tickets has ended. We recommend you contact the event promoter and see if they’ll be putting more tickets on sale.

Is it possible to receive an invoice or receipt with my ticket purchase?

We cannot create a formal invoice, but you can use the confirmation email as a receipt. If you’d like an invoice, please contact the event promoter.

The transaction was denied. What should I do?

Firstly, double check if you have received an email confirmation, or if the tickets have been charged to your bank account, to ensure you haven’t bought tickets. Once you’ve checked this, and both instances don’t apply, then you can try purchasing the tickets again. If you’re still having issues, please contact our support team on

What do I do if my ticket is lost or stolen?

We’re sorry to hear this. We advise you to reprint your ticket and arrive at the event as early as possible (with ID) as tickets are only valid for a single entry and you can still gain entry to the event if the stolen/lost ticket hasn’t been used.
We have an onsite Box Office located adjacent to the entrance gates. Please seek advice from the Customer Service team who will be happy to help.


Can I change or cancel my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed for other tickets. You can read this in the terms and conditions on this website.

The event was cancelled. What is the procedure?

The event promoter will inform you via email with details about the procedure.

If an event has been cancelled and I purchased insurance, how can I get my refund?

LPH Concerts Ltd and our ticketing partner Universe do not offer cancellation insurance.
